‣  Please turn off all fans including whole house fans 30 minutes prior to inspection.

‣  Please remove or be prepared to remove any pets, pet toys, pet food/bowls. Fish or reptiles in an aquarium do not need to be removed. 

​

‣  Please do not smoke or have any burning candles in the home 30 minutes prior to inspection.
